Joe Cody, Neighbor

A Boston native, Joe moved to Braintree in 1990.  He lives with his wife & has three sons.

Following BHS Football has turned him into a self taught photographer, website developer & thanks to The Patch a writer. He has been taking pictures since his kids were small.  He spends most of his free time now attending amatuer sporting events & working on photography skills.  He has his own website, which is named www.wamptown.com. It is dedicated to Braintree athletes.  On this website he has set up pages for each team that he has had the honor of photograghing.  There are links to hundreds, if not thousands, of pictures that he have taken of Braintree athletes in competition.  Those pictures are free to all.  It is a thrill for him to know they are being downloaded in other states by relatives of Braintree athletes or used as facebook profile pictures.

His favorite TV commercial has people his age or a little older saying what they want to be when they grow up.  He want to be a photographer & win a Pulitzer.  For now Joe works in the FiOS Sales Center at Verizon & for Montgomery Inc. at the Boston Flower Exchange.
