PCIS to Host Indoor Yardsale

PCIS is hosting an indoor yard sale and craft fair, Saturday, Feb. 9.

PCIS is hosting an indoor yard sale and craft fair, Saturday, Feb. 9, in the cafeteria from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reserve your table for $15 by calling 508-830-4479. Items are needed for the 8th grade yard sale table. Donate your unwanted holiday gifts, books, toys, and household items. Donations can be taken to PCIS and PSMS and left in the designated boxes.

PCIS is All A Twitter

Plymouth teachers and administrators are jumping on Twitter.

School Committee Lauds PCIS Success

In four years, Plymouth Community Intermediate School has dramatically cut down on bullying and violence in the school thanks to new policies and a new culture.

PCIS Principal Brian Palladino had good news to share with the School Committee at the end of the year. In four years, Plymouth Community Intermediate School has dramatically cut down on bullying and violence in the school thanks to new policies and a new culture. With two weeks remaining in the school year, no fights have been reported all year and the number of suspendable incidents is down 50 percent from last year. Palladino revealed the discipline data to committee members while discussing the school improvement plan and the drive to create a safe and healthy learning environment free of bullying. In the Schools: MCAS, Music, and Mother's Day Continued

A regular feature on the upcoming week in Plymouth schools.

MCAS and Mid-Term MCAS testing will begin on Tuesday, May 10, for grades three through five. The mid-term date is Friday, May 13. Announcements, Announcements, Announcements Mr. Paladino visits the fifth graders at Nathaniel Morton and West Elementary Monday, May 9. Nathaniel Morton will also be hosting a 100th birthday planning meeting Monday, May 9, in the library, and a PTA meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the library. Kindergarten information sessions will be held at South Elementary Wednesday, May 11, at 6 p.m. and at West Elementary Thursday, May 12, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday is also early dismissal day at Sacred Heart Elementary at 12:35 p.m. and Rising Tide Charter School at noon.
