Small Business Saturday is Nov. 24 this year, two days after Thanksgiving. It is a day for everyone to support the small businesses that their community thrives on. American Express founded the day in 2010 to help small businesses get exposure during the holiday season, when they might be otherwise overlooked. Mayflower Bank Collecting Toys for Local Kids

Take an unwrapped toy to one Mayflower Bank's Plymouth branches to help local children this holiday season.

Mayflower Bank’s Plymouth branches located at 94 Court Street and 57 Obery Street will serve as collection centers for the Children’s Holiday Fund Program.  Everyone is encouraged to take unwrapped toys for children of any age to either office by Dec. 17; the presents will be delivered to local children in need before the holiday.  For further information, please contact Janette Jaynes, Mayflower Bank’s Marketing and Public Relations Manager at (508) 947-4343.
