Deadline for Half-Price Parking Permits is Today

Park Plymouth Is reminding the public the deadline to purchase a 2013 parking permit at half-price is Jan. 31.

All parking permits will return to full price on Feb. 1, so plan ahead and buy early to receive your discount. Resident senior citizens may purchase a Plymouth Resident or Downtown Resident permit for only $15 until the end of the month. You must be 62 years or older as of Jan. 1, 2013 to qualify for the discount. Those who already own a 2012 parking permit may purchase a 2013 permit online at www.parkplymouth.com by clicking “parking permits.” There is a $2.50 processing fee for each permit purchased online. In order to purchase a 2013 permit, all outstanding parking tickets and registration liens at the RMV must be paid in full.
