Located in a country setting next to the Plimoth Plantation, Bramhall's Country Store offers Ben &More Jerry's ice cream cones, frappes, fruit smoothies, homemade waffle cones, candy, cold drinks, hot dogs and snacks. It also offers fresh fruit, flowers and vegetables in season. Its building was built in the 1780s and it offers plenty of  shade trees and picnic tables. There is plenty of free parking for cars and RVs. 


Plimoth Plantation

This living history museum depicts the life of Pilgrims and Native Americans in early-17th century Massachusetts. IfMore you want to see where some of the first Pilgrims arrived in America, then Plymouth, Mass. is the perfect place to visit. Besides the Mayflower II, there are numerous historical places to visit here. During reenactments, the Mayflower staff members are in full Pilgrim dress and speak with the visitors like it's 1627.

Further north, the Mayflower II is located on the state pier on the Plymouth Waterfront, near Plymouth Rock and other historical sites.

America's Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration

This organization, now in its 15th year, produces a Thanksgiving celebration in Plymouth where ThanksgivingMore began. The celebration includes concerts honoring military sacrifice and a parade chronicling the Pilgrim legacy.

The celebration is held the Friday, Saturday and Sunday before Thanksgiving and includes: Grand Parade, New England Food Festival, Patriotic Concerts including the Air Force's Tops In Blue, Senior Drum and Bugle Reunion Concert, Harvest Festival, Crafter's Pavilion, Kids' Activities, Plimoth Plantation Turkey Dinner and Tours of the Mayflower II and a Wampanoag Educational Pavilion.

The office is conveniently located at Cordage Park with access the Commuter Rail. Hours of operation vary, so you'll want to visit its website, which offers a lot of information on activities, hospitality and lodging, event schedules and concerts.
