"Everything here is made from scratch, even the fillings we use," explains Brian. He is one of the owners and co-managers of this local bakery. It had been a dream since 2000 to restore this old Victorian house, and the Blue Blinds Bakery has been in business for two years now. When you arrive on the front porch lined with rocking chairs and blue shutters you are enveloped by the warmth of the place. When you walk inside you are greeted by the aroma of freshly baked bread. You can order from a selection of fresh pastries, muffins and cookies, as well. The bakery also sells hot and cold beverages to go with its baked goods.

Blue Blinds Bakery . . . One of my favorite spots in Plymouth to sit and enjoy good food and meet with good friends. The owners are wonderful people-welcoming the public to sit and relax and chat unhurriedly . . . The baked goods are fresh and delicious-the menu has a variety of healthy choices and the food is always excellent and served with a smile. The Caprese sandwich I had last time was heavenly-my mother had a Roast Beef sandwich that she said was one of the best ever. I have been going to the Blue Blinds since 2009. It's a really, really special place. . . About 8 of my friends meet about once or twice a month. And the porch seating is wonderful in the summertime, too! I highly recommend the Blue Blinds!!
