The male inspector who conducts driving tests in a bigot. If you are a male, or if you are black, or if you are a foreigner, avoid the Plymouth Registry of Motor Vehicles at all costs for your driving test. I have been driving for 10 years in another country and am legally in the U.S. This guy failed me three times for ridiculous and petty reasons. The last time, he claimed I didn't have two hands on the steering wheel. I only took one off to back up! I went to the Braintree registry and the instructor told me there is no other way to back up except to remove one hand and put it on the right passenger seat so you can fully turn and look backwards. He apologized for the Plymouth inspector for failing me. My friend, who is a driving instructor, told me he had a foreigner with a certified translator and this same bigot would not let him take the driving test. He never goes to Plymouth even if it is the shortest wait time - because it's a waste of time!
