The 1749 Courthouse is a museum celebrating the history of Plymouth and the surrounding communities. The construction dates back to 1820, when the facility was used to house the offices of the local government. Today, the 1749 Courthouse holds relics from the past and is recognized as the longest used municipal building in America.
