Intelligent Office Helps Plymouth Consulting Firm Expand to Boston

Plymouth-based consulting firm opens new office in Boston's Financial District with the help of Intelligent Office Boston– a virtual office company

Plymouth, and Southborough, based consulting firm Beals + Thomas has opened a new office in Boston’s Financial District with the help of Intelligent Office Boston.

A multidisciplinary firm that provides engineering, design, planning, environmental, and surveying services to support the development and conservation of land and water resources, Beals + Thomas serves a growing client base in and around Boston.

“To accommodate our new client base, we decided to establish a permanent as-needed office in downtown Boston” said Executive Vice President Richard Kosian.  “With Intelligent Office, we have affordable, convenient, on-demand office resources available to our personnel when serving our downtown clients.”

Intelligent Office allows small businesses and entrepreneurs to better serve their clients by providing them with all the benefits of a tower office suite when necessary, but only charging them for the time they actually need it.

Lately a wider variety of companies have been seeking offices in the Financial District.  A recent Globe article shows the character of the area shifting from primarily law and financial services companies to include many newer, smaller- and medium-sized businesses as well.

Intelligent Office– the region’s fastest growing virtual and professionally staffed office space– excitedly announced the addition of Beals + Thomas as a new tenant. “We are excited to have such a unique blend of clients in our office. We are happy to facilitate the growth of Beals + Thomas in the downtown Boston area,” said Wes Walker, President of Intelligent Office-Boston. Intelligent Office identified a shift in the Financial District, which now accommodates a variety of businesses. Among Intelligent Office’s clients are several law offices, a commercial painting company, and a marine electronics company.  Intelligent Office has established similar virtual offices in other cities across the country, but its Boston offices opened only last year– just as the character of the Financial District was beginning to diversify.

I am glad they are expanding. It seems like they would be able to make things work better. Also, that they may make us safer. http://www.sourceoffice.com/tysons.html
