This event is open to any women wanting to lose weight, get in shape and/or meet other women who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. There is no charge for the event. Please come prepared with a yoga mat, 3, 5 and/or 8 lb. dumbbells, sweatshirt and water to stay hydrated. We will start with a warm up and proceed to some light weight training, power walking and a stretch and cool down at the end.
