So, do wind turbines affect property values? Well, it depends. In most cases, yes, they do. Just ask anyone in Falmouth or Fairhaven Massachusetts - I often wonder why real estate companies don't list the distances to wind turbines to the home for sale ?

Ken that was exactly what I was wondering....who cuts the grass? Even with a commercial mower it would take all day.

Land that big you get one of those things they use along the side of 495 to cut the grass. Figure start around noon with a 12 pack in a cooler and should be done by dinner time.
