SUMMARY
The amendment revises Section 2-12-1 of the Town Charter, concerning
the composition of the Advisory and Finance Committee. The amendment deletes the requirement that a member be appointed from each precinct of the Town, and inserts in its place a provision that limits to three the number of members that may be appointed from any single precinct.

A YES VOTE would change the requirements applicable to appointment
of members of the Advisory and Finance Committee, limiting to three the
number of members that may be appointed from any precinct of the
Town.

A NO VOTE would make no change to the requirements applicable to
appointment to the Advisory and Finance Committee.
