Waterfront Assault And Battery Pair Continued Without A Finding

Craig S. Martin, 42, of180 Ebenezer Road, Osterville, charged with larceny of property valued at more than $250 in Plymouth.

Friday, December 28

Trisha A. Stella, 31, of 21 Ellisville Drive, Plymouth, charged with supplying obscene matter to a minor (two counts) and with criminal harassment, in Plymouth.

DISPOSITIONS

Friday, December 28

Rebecca L. DeBaggis, 20, of 3 Dyer Pass, Plymouth charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle in the nighttime for a felony in Plymouth; continued without a finding until December 27, 2013, ordered to pay $50 in court fees.

Bethany R. Licke, 23, of 552 North Main Street D, Mansfield, charged with disturbing the peace, assault and battery and with resisting arrest in Plymouth; continued without a finding until June 28, 2013, ordered to pay $50 in court fees and $50 a month in probation fees.

Adam S. Figlioli, 28, of 552 North Main Street D, Mansfield, charged with disturbing the peace, assault and battery and with resisting arrest in Plymouth; continued without a finding until June 28, 2013, ordered to pay $50 in court fees and $50 a month in probation fees and to stay away from Waterfront Grille.

Burke, 25, of 49 Summer Street, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with marked lanes violation in Plymouth; continued without a finding until December 20, 2013, 45-day loss of license, ordered to complete a 90-day treatment program, pay $600 in court fees, pay $65 a month in probation fees.

Wednesday, December 26

Elaine Fitzgerald, 49, of 95 Winthrop Road, Plymouth, charged with shoplifting by asportation merchandize valued at more than $100 in Plymouth; dismissed February 26, 2013 on condition of paying $250 restitution to Stop & Shop.
