Brian T. Hemenway, 33, of 106 Valley Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and with driving with an open container of alcohol, in Kingston.
Kevin D. Johnson, 46, of 1 Maguire Way, Plymouth, charged with charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (third offense) in Plymouth.
Wednesday, November 14
Joshua L. Daniels, 24, of 12E Algonquin Terrace, Plymouth, charged with larceny of property valued at more than $250 and with improper use of a credit card in Plymouth.
Nicole W. Fuller, 40, of 25 West Street, Carver, charged with assault and battery on a police officer in Plymouth.

Robert Craig, 22, of 10 Chapel Hill Drive Apt. 8, charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon, disturbing the peace, civil rights violation and with threatening to commit a crime in Plymouth; continued without a finding until May 13, 2014 and ordered to pay $240 in fees.
Ryan DiBella, 24, of 886 Truman Avenue, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth; dismissed.
Wednesday, November 14
Carrie A. Sumner, 36, of 120 Summer Street, Plymouth, charged with unarmed robbery, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and with failure to stop for a police officer; dismissed.
