Thursday, November 8
Jouanni C. Duncan-Almeida, 18, of 26 Long Pond Road, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth.
Friday, November 9
Laura A. Trepanier, 31, of 10 Susan Lane, Middleboro, charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle in Plymouth.
Kevin Smith, 51, of 24 Purchase Street, Carver, charged with reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in Plymouth.
Joshua M. Nelson, 20, of 273 Long Pond Road, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery and with intimidating a witness in Plymouth.
DISPOSITIONS
Thursday, November 8
Melina Carr, 21, of 11 Montgomery Drive, Plymouth; charged with assault and battery, intimidating a witness, disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $250. Placed on probation until November 18, 2013, ordered to pay $115 in fees, submit to drug and alcohol screening and undergo a mental health evaluation.
Nicole E. Russo, 18, of 15 North Triangle Drive, Plymouth; charged with receiving stolen property valued at more than $250, in possession of alcohol while under age 21, in possession of an open container of alcohol while driving and with no driver’s license in possession. Admitted to sufficient facts, charges continued without a finding until November 18, 2013, ordered to pay $300 in fees.
Nicole E. Russo, 18, of 15 North Triangle Drive, Plymouth; charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle for a felony (two counts). Admitted to sufficient facts, charges continued without a finding until November 18, 2013, ordered to pay $65 a month restitution, to stay away from the victim and to remain alcohol-free.
Michael Condry, 33, homeless; charged with violating a protective order. Dismissed.
Friday, November 9
Philip Piette, 36, of 1000 Pembroke Woods Drive Apt. 35, Pembroke; charged with violation of a protective order and criminal harassment in Plymouth. Admitted to sufficient facts, charges continued without a finding until November 9, 2017, ordered to stay away from the victim and submit to drug and alcohol screening.
