Robert P. Hovanec, 48, 32 Middle St., Apt. 1E, arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery on Middle Street at 8:51 a.m.
Arrison A. Jean, 40, 5 Meadow Glen Lane, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, concealing identification by violating a number plate, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered vehicle on Manomet Point Road at 7:53 p.m.

Derek Duggan, 30, 14 Knight Ave., arrested on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and three counts of failing to license a dog at 8:26 p.m.
Evelyn Luciano, 77, 3 Indian Ave., arrested on a warrant charge of cruelty to animals on Indian Avenue at 9:36 p.m.
