Three Charged in Water Street Brawl

Kyle J. Almeida, 26, 15 Florence St., Bourne, arrested on charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and engaging in an affray on Water Street at 12:17 a.m.

David A. Dossantos, 26, 35 Dana St., Whitman, arrested on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct on Water Street at 12:21 a.m.

Marc McGarry, 30, 63 Taunton Ave., Rockland, arrested on charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and engaging in an affray on Water Street at 12:42 a.m.

Nelson G. Stephens, 26, 53 Siasconseet Drive, Sagamore Beach, arrested on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI drugs, and possession of a class A substance on Robinson Street at 2:04 p.m.

Rodney Jaes McConville, 41, 15 Lombard St., arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, intimidating a witness, and two counts of domestic assault and battery on Union Street at 11:13 p.m.

Eric M. Heath, 18, 58 Heather Drive, arrested on charges of possession of liquor by a person under 21 and possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute on Monument Ponds Path at 11:43 p.m.
