Trooper John J. Basler was arraigned on charges related to a September car crash in Plymouth that killed a mother and daughter.
The State Trooper, who was allegedly driving drunk when his vehicle collided with another car, killing mother and daughter in September, pleaded not guilty to the charges this week, according to the Boston Globe.
John J. Basler, a 25-year-old Kingston resident, was arraigned for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and carrying a firearm while under the influence of liquor.
