Anne M. Foley, 48, of 45 Davenport Road, Plymouth, charged with shoplifting by asportation (two counts) in Plymouth.
Michael E. Riley, 21, of 11 Swamp Road, Plymouth, charged with possession of a Class B substance to distribute in Plymouth.
Mark P. Lopes, 42, of 12P Algonquin Terrace, Plymouth, charged with attempted murder, intimidating a witness, threatening to commit a crime, assault and battery and with aggravated assault and battery in Plymouth.

Collins, 31, of 58 Goodwin Road, Plymouth, charged operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol,negligent operation of a motor vehicle and with operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol in Plymouth; continued without a finding until October 25, 2013, 45-day loss of license and ordered to pay $1,167 in fees.
Tuesday, November 27
Keenan E. Ormsbee, 27, of 55 Upland Road, Plympton, charged with violating a protective order and with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony in Plymouth; dismissed, failure to prosecute.
Andrew S. Fontaine, 27, of 9 Tower Hill Road, Tiverton, Rhode Island, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (two counts), leaving the scene of an accident, marked lanes violation, speeding and with operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol in Plymouth; continued without a finding until November 27, 2013, 45-day loss of license and ordered to pay $600 in fees and $65 a month probation costs.
Stephen M. Reddy, 31, of 248 Water Street, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth; dismissed, failure to prosecute.
