Justin D. Culhane, 25, 43 Grove Street, Plympton, arrested on charges of violating marked lanes and OUI liquor (second offense) on Water Street at 1:13 a.m.

Susan O. Stephens, 53, 332 East Washington St., Hanson, arrested on a warrant charge of resisting arrest on Obery Street at 5:05 p.m.

Henry Mahon, 19, 923 Long Pond Road, arrested on charges of arson of a dwelling or house, and nighttime breaking and entering for a felony on Long Pond Road at 5:29 p.m.

Sept. 21

Michael W. Sliney, 44, 42 Mayflower St., Apt. 1, arrested on charges of possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute, violating drug laws near a park or school, and possession of more than one ounce of marijuana on Mayflower Street at 1:12 p.m.

Sept. 22

Daniel L. Jennett, 29, 1 Farmhurst Road, arrested on charges of failing to stop, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and following too closely on Court Street at 12:53 a.m.

Matthew B. Bahnemann, 31, 7 Seven Hills Road, arrested on a charge of assault and battery Seven Hills Road at 2:26 a.m.

William R. Ferrara, 20, 14 Oak St., arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace on Oak Street at 4:33 a.m.
