Brendan J. Flood, 23, of Plymouth, was arrested for second offense OUI liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended licensed for OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Joseph I. Hurvitz, 45, of Plymouth, was arrested for speeding and OUI liquor.
Brittany M. Green, 32, of Plymouth, was arrested for marked lanes violation and OUI liquor.
