Forest Ave. Man Charged with Attempted Murder

Aaron Hicks, 34, 7 Forest Ave. Apt. 1, arrested on two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, attempted murder, and domestic assault and battery on Forest Avenue at 4 p.m.

Edwin R. Joseph Jr., 34, 238 Standish Ave., arrested on charges of assault and malicious destruction of property over $250 on Industrial Park Road at 4:28 p.m.

Austin Dolce Donn, 17, 18 White Violet Lane, arrested on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on White Violet Lane at 4:54 p.m.

Paul Leonard, 58, 144 Alewife Road, arrested on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, OUI liquor (third offense), and using a motor vehicle without authority on Alewife Road at 9:13 p.m.

Nathan B. Hess, 30, 47 Gooseberry Lane, Marstons Mills, arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct on Water Street at 12:58 a.m.

Christopher D. Cerio, 23, Johnston, RI, arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct on Water Street at 1:10 a.m.

Richard Bertram Covell III, 24, 26 Lisa Ave., arrested on three counts of interfering with a firefighter and disorderly conduct on Water Street at 4:35 a.m.

Albert E. Pina, 18, 154 Red Brook Road, arrested on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault with a dangerous weapon on Red Brook Road at 5:15 a.m.

Meghan Welch, 20, 15 Norton St., Weymouth, arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Arboretum Road at 5:51 a.m.

Heather K. Melanson, 26, 1 Algonquin Terrace, arrested on a warrant charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration on Carver Road at 10:57 a.m.

Renee E. Plante, 30, 42 Rose Point Ave., West Wareham, arrested on charges of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle on Sandwich Street at 10:33 p.m.
