Manuel D. Ferandes, 55, 59 Chestnut St. Apt 4C, Duxbury, arrested on warrant charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing, nighttime breaking and entering for felony, and malicious destruction of property under $250 on Water Street at 6:44 a.m.

Derek Benoit, 31, 19 Red Brook Road, arrested on charges of vandalizing property and negligent operation of a motor vehicle on State Road at 9:38 a.m.

Ryan C. Toth, 39, North Falmouth, arrested on charges of OUI drugs, OUI liquor, violating marked lanes, and drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle on Long Pond Road at 9:41 p.m.

Michael John Farrell, 25, 32 Alpine Run Road, Kingston, arrested on charges of violating marked lanes, speeding, and OUI liquor on Winthrop Road at 1:50 a.m.

Rachel L. Almeida, 41, Marion, arrested on charges of shoplifting over $100 by asportation and two counts of possession of a class E substance on Shops at 5 Way at 1:04 p.m.

Russell Reymonds, 45, Marshfield, arrested on charges of violating marked lanes, OUI liquor, and domestic assault and battery on Court Street at 3:01 p.m.

Nikolia Bennett, 23, 48 White Oak Drive, arrested on a charge of shoplifting over $100 by asportation on Colony Place at 6:42 p.m.
