Plymouth District Court arraignments and dispositions December 10 - 12

ARRAIGNMENTS


Monday, December 10

Rickie Joseph Butterworth, 53, of 59 Cypress Street, Plymouth charged with assault and battery in Plymouth.

David Bombardier, 25, of 44 Main Street Extension, Plymouth, charged with disturbing the peace, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $250 and with attempting to commit a crime in Plymouth.

Troy T. Henger, 46, of 24 Newfield Street, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery and with assault and battery with a deadly weapon in Plymouth.

Earl A. Stewart, 22, of 16 Lady Slipper Drive, Plymouth, charged with receiving a stolen credit card, uttering a false document, forging a document and with larceny of property valued at more than $250 in Plymouth.

Wednesday, December 12

Michael Langlois, 41, of 453 Little Sandy Pond Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and with drinking from an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle in Plymouth.

Deandra N. Alberghini, 19, of 20W Algonquin Terrace, Plymouth, charged with larceny and shoplifting by asportation in Plymouth.


DISPOSITIONS

Monday, December 10

Sean Fitzpatrick, 23, of30 Olmstead Terrace, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and with marked lanes violation in Plymouth; sentenced to probation until December 10, 2013 and a one year loss of license, ordered to pay $300 in court fees, pay $65 a month in probation fees and complete a treatment program.

Russell A. Turcott, 31, of 37 Musket Road, Plymouth, charged with larceny of property valued at more than $250, receiving a stolen credit card and with credit card fraud in Plymouth; sentenced to 6 months in the House of Correction.

Kathleen J. Fazio, 52, of 85 Shallow Pond Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and with resisting arrest in Plymouth; continued without a finding until December 7, 2013, 45-day loss of license and ordered to pay $600 in Court fees and pay $65 a month in probation fees.

Tuesday, December 11

Julie A. Smith, 19, of 22 Falmouth Street, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery (two counts) in Plymouth; dismissed, failure to prosecute.

Leigh Del Tufo, 23, of 105 Higgins Road, Kingston, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and with negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Plymouth; sentenced to probation until December 11, a 45-day loss of license,  and ordered to pay $600 in court fees, pay $780 in probation fees and complete a treatment program.

Jennifer A. Capodilupo, 30, of 260 Steve Drive, Taunton, charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise valued at more than $250 in Plymouth; continued without a finding until December 11, 2013 and ordered to pay $50 in court fees, $867.50 in restitution, $50 in probation fees and to stay out of the Ulta store.
