Boston Man Arrested on Drug Warrants

Jan. 4

Jackalyn Jean Kelleher, 50, 26 Barbara’s Way, arrested on warrant charges including breaking and entering a building daytime, conspiracy (two counts), destruction of property over $250, larceny from a building (two counts), receiving stolen property, accessory before the fact, and felony breaking and entering a building daytime, malicious destruction of property on Barbara’s Way at 5:55 p.m.

Joseph Cooper, 32, 270 Center St., Apt. 400, Boston, arrested on warrant charges including distributing a class B substance, drug violation near a school, possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute, breaking and entering a vehicle nighttime for felony, conspiracy, larceny over $250, possession of large capacity firearms, and threats to commit a crime on Algonquin Terrace at 10:20 p.m.

Jan. 5

Peter M. McMillan, 39, 15 Chapel Hill Drive, Apt. 1, arrested on a charge of assault on Chapel Hill Drive at 10:33 a.m.

Timothy F. Concannon, 49, 109 Ellisville Drive, arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery (two counts), violating an abuse prevention order, and threatening to commit a crime on State Road at 3:01 p.m.

Clayton M. Moss, 45, 100 Lincoln St., Apt. 12, arrested on charges of failing to stop, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) on Home Depot Drive at 9:26 p.m.

Jan. 6

Kimberly Beale, 41, 6B Marc Drive, Apt. 7, arrested on charges of shoplifting by asportation, inhaling a toxic substance, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on Marc Drive at 1:49 p.m.

Erica Westerman, 32, 41 Colonial Terrace, arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace on Colonial Terrace at 10:17 p.m.
