Hugo Apodemi, 17, 48 Hilltop Ave., arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery on Hilltop Avenue at 3:36 p.m.

Feb. 16

Nelson Pereira, 20, 30 Janebar Circle, arrested on charges of OUI liquor, violating marked lanes, and drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle on State Road at 1:20 a.m.

Shannon A. Ferreira, 19, 154 Warren Ave., arrested on two counts of shoplifting over $100 by asportation on Colony Place at 6:28 p.m.

Taylor M. Finn, 21, 64 John Alden Road, arrested on charges of armed robbery, four counts of shoplifting over $100 by asportation, and larceny under $250 by false pretense on Colony Place at 7:01 p.m.

Christopher J. Fitts, 20, 46 Hideaway Lane, East Wareham, arrested on charges of violating marked lanes, and possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute on Bourne Road at 7:53 p.m.

Richard S. Sampson Jr., 40, 49 Samoset St., Apt. 1, arrested on a charge of domestic assault and batter on Samoset Street at 10:14 p.m.
