Jeffrey Bock, 39, of 644 Federal Furnace Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), operating a motor vehicle negligently and with marked lanes violation in Plymouth.

Nelson G. Stephens, 26, of 53 Siasconset Drive, Sagamore Beach, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle negligently and with possession of a Class A substance in Plymouth.

Marc McGarry, 30, of 63 Taunton Avenue, Rockland, charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and with affray in Plymouth.

James J. Howard, 20, of 15 Main Street Extension, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery, intimidation of a witness and with destruction of property valued at more than $250.

Wednesday, December 26

Derek Tarcy, 25, of 76 Spectacle Pond Road, East Falmouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle negligently and with marked lanes violation in Plymouth.

Seth C. Ranny, 36, of 583B Main Street, Hyannis, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and with marked lanes violation in Plymouth.
