Lou is a 2-year-old border collie mix. He's full of energy and requires an active owner and a fenced-in yard. Lou loves other dogs, but he tends to chase cats. The Friends of the Plymouth Pound has Lou up for adoption to a good home.
Lou is in foster care with Laurie Wagner Tower and her staff at Doggie Fun & Fitness in Kington for some socialization and obedience training. Applications for adoption are located at friendsofplymouthpound.org.
