Liverpool Football Club to Host Boston Soccer Schools as Part of U.S. Tour

Liverpool Football Club (LFC) will offer an official Soccer School camp in Boston to coincide with the team’s summer tour of the United States, offering skills challenges, individual feedback, a mini-tournament and the opportunity to meet a Liverpool legend.

The five-day event, with morning and afternoon options, will be held for boys and girls between age five and 16. The program will also feature coaching philosophies and practices taken directly from the Reds' Academy in Liverpool, which has seen nine players make their first team debut over the last two seasons.

Age-specific sessions are designed to cover important aspects of the game, including “passing excellence”, a “striker's master class”, “running with the ball to exploit space” and “creativity and imagination in a one-on-one”.

All activities will be overseen by LFC coaches, providing participants with the best possible environment to develop key techniques and tactics and to offer insight into how the club's young players are developed.
