Girl Scout Camp Wind-in-the-Pines Open House
Going to Girl Scout camp is a chance to explore nature, have fun, try new
things and make great friends. Camp Wind-in-the-pines
is located on Gallows pond and is a premier adventure day camp.
Some of the many programs offered this summer at camp will include:
Icky, Sticky Science, Get your hands
dirty and make Oobleck, create a volcano and watch it explode; Where The Wild Things Are, Learn about
animals from all over the world. Create animal crafts, play animal games, and
see what animals you can discover; Forest
Adventures, Look up high at the birds, down low at insects and everything
in between.
Interested
in exploring your options at summer camp? Attend an open house to learn about
resident and day programs at Camp Wind-in-the-pines on Sunday, April 13 from 1
– 4 pm. Girls and their families are welcome to tour camp and learn about the
fun programs that will be offered there this summer. All girls are invited to
