Time to sign up teams

with Relay For Life

Cancer never takes a break and neither does the Relay For Life of Greater Plymouth. Planning is already underway for the 12th annual “walk around the clock” to fight this terrible disease on June 21 and 22 at Plymouth South High School.

Teams can sign up now and begin fundraising for the Relay For Life. Returning team captains and those interested in forming teams are encouraged register now, which can be easily completed online at www.relayforlife.org/gtrplymouthma.

This is a great time to get involved in the Relay For Life of Greater Plymouth. Help is needed to plan and organize this major community event to fight cancer. People can serve on the committee to assist in getting the fundraiser up and running.

The Relay For Life of Greater Plymouth will be held Friday and Saturday, June 21 and 22, at Plymouth South High School. Last year, more than 700 walkers and 125 cancer survivors participated in this important fundraiser to stop cancer. The event covers the towns of Plymouth, Carver, Kingston, Plympton and Pembroke.

For information about registering a team, contact Lisa Jensen at lmjensen2762@aol.com or 781-831-4937. For details about the 2013 Relay For Life, contact Event Chair Jennie Babcock at jbabcock13@comcast.net or 508-254-9620, or go to the local website at www.relayforlife.org/gtrplymouthma.
