Three Loan Officers received Highest Award from Mortgage Executive Magazine

Poli Mortgage receives honorable recognition!

Poli Mortgage Group, Inc was on Mortgage Executive Magazine’s recently released list of Top Mortgage Companies in America. Not only did the company receive recognition for their success, three originators were named to the Top 1% List of all mortgage professionals in the country by Mortgage Executive as well.

Keith Hapenny, Peter McCourt, Chip Newman were named to the Top 1% list of mortgage professionals in the United States of 2012. Chip is excited to be recognized, “Helping clients realize their dreams is what really makes our business so much fun,” he said.

Keith appreciates being measured up against his peers, especially because he spends a lot of time with the behind the scenes details. Keith added, “It’s great to be on this list, but to have my clients still get the personal touch is most important.” Peter feels honored to be recognized, “I attribute this success to my very loyal clients,” he noted.

Each year, Mortgage Executive Magazine compiles a comprehensive list of the nation’s top 100 closely held mortgage companies and banks as ranked by their total yearly mortgage volume. With a mortgage volume from 2012 of $1,310,559,065 generated from 4,152 loans, Poli Mortgage ranked 65 – a very solid middle ground above the other competition!
