Pioppi's Invites You to Cruise With Wines

Pioppi's will take it's patrons on a wine cruise of Plymouth Harbor with local restaurants this summer.

, Plymouth’s oldest package store, has announced the schedule for their 2012 “Wine Cruise” series. The “Wine Cruise” series was started nine years ago and has grown in popularity each and every year since.

The format of each cruise pairs a fantastic sampling of eight potent potables, four great dishes from local restaurants, an informative speaker and beautiful views of Plymouth Harbor. Each week’s cruise feature’s a unique theme. This year’s events have branched out to include beer and tequila, as well, and Pioppi’s has added new restaurants to their line-up of partners.

“We’re really looking forward to this year’s cruises,” Peter Balboni, owner of Pioppi’s, said. “I can’t think of a better way to spend a Thursday night in the summer than on the water with some great wine, great food and a great group of people”.
