Welcome Home Charlie Brown

Manomet's Charlie Brown tree was moved last weekend to it's new home at Manomet Commons

The Simes Foundation, a tree removal company, and many volunteers, moved the 30-odd-foot Douglas fir from its former home in front of Luke's Liquors to its new home at Manomet Commons, in front of the Simes House.

Now, the state is signalizing the intersection and with Charlie’s life is at risk, the village, and volunteers from the Simes Foundation raised money to move the tree to a new home.

Last weekend, Charlie was finally moved, check out all the photos of the move on the Simes Foundation's Facebook page.
