Wind Gusts Saturday Night Could Down Limbs, Knock Out Power

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Saturday night because of the possibility of damaging wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour.

Strong gusty winds on Saturday afternoon and evening could down small limbs and branches and knock out power, warns the National Weather Service.

A wind advisory, issued at 4 a.m. on Saturday, is for eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island and runs from 4-11 p.m. on Saturday.

Winds will blow at 20-30 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles per hour late Saturday afternoon and into the evening.
