The Massachusetts State Lottery has released its most expensive scratch ticket ever.

"World Class Millions" costs $30. The lottery announced the new ticket as plans for more casinos in the state move forward.

The ticket's high payout is $15 million. The lottery said the odds of winning a prize are 1 in 2.81 and the payout percentage is the highest of any of its games.

I suspect the same people who purchase every scratch ticket each and every pay day will find the $30.00 to buy this one as well. Only the elites can rationalize exploiting the weakest of our brothers and sisters.

The State is just trying to gouge as much money out of people as they can before the Casinos open up. Do you really think the State wants Casinos ?....NOT... that is why they make it so tough for one to open here.

People complain about a casino saying it will hurt the poor who will gamble money they don't have? Well what does the state think paying 30. for a lottery ticket will do for the poor?
