Very Delicious and Very Vegetarian Pizza Recipes from SOLOS Pizza Café
Looking for a lighter option for Lent? Or maybe you’d like the kids to eat more vegetables, but not sure how to sneak them in. We’ve got several perfect pizza options packed full of delicious veggies. Here are our customer faves when it comes to pizza minus the meat.
MARGO

Any crust style you prefer, 10” size

¼ c Marinara pizza sauce
1/8 tsp fresh shredded garlic
¾ c Shredded Mozzarella cheese
¼ c diced tomatoes
Bake at 425 for 10-13 minutes or until bubbly in the center.
Top after baking with fresh basil and oregano spice
MASTERPIZZA
Any crust style you prefer, 10” size
About 2 tbsp. white garlic sauce (Alfredo pizza sauces works well)
¾ c shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ c chopped baby leaf spinach
¾ c marinated artichoke hearts (use an Italian dressing to marinate)
2 tbsp. asiago cheese to top
Bake at 425 for 10-13 minutes or until bubbly in the center.
Margo Bianco
For a healthier option, use a crust made with whole grains, 10” size
About 2 tbsp. white garlic sauce (Alfredo pizza sauce works well)
1/8 tsp fresh shredded garlic
¾ c shredded Skim Milk Mozzarella
½ c diced tomatoes
Bake at 425 for 10-13 minutes or until bubbly in the center.
Top after baking with fresh basil and oregano spice
We serve individual pizzas at SOLOS, that’s why the crusts in these recipes are 10”. Definitely feel free to use a regular size pizza crust if you’re feeding a crowd of veggie lovers. Bon appetite!
