Shop with Reusable Bags and MY ECO App Rewards Plymouth Schools

MY ECO’s Donna Anderson (pictured, on left) is excited to show Plymouth families that reusing shopping bags can generate money for their local schools. Donna will be meeting with Shaw’s shoppers tomorrow to demonstrate the free MY ECO mobile app, that lets families earn rewards every time they reuse shopping bags, then automatically donates those rewards to any school they choose. Look for her throughout the day at both Shaw's locations, on Pilgrim Hill Road and State Road.

To join the program, Plymouth and Cedarville shoppers simply download the free MY ECO app to their smartphone and register, which includes selecting the school to receive their rewards. Then shoppers take reusable bags every time they shop at Shaw's, scan the unique MY ECO QR code at check out, and the MY ECO app does the rest. Shoppers can track how many disposable bags have been kept out of landfills, and how much money they are earning for their school.

Shoppers can also go to www.getmyeco.com to join the MY ECO program, or to find more information. Or just ask Donna tomorrow when you see her – she’ll be glad to help!
