Job Description

Working with adult individuals with ID/DD in our Supported Employment Program during the day when they are not taking part in vocational classes or working/volunteering in the community.This position requires a self directed and motivated creative thinker. Curriculum and activities must be employment related and must be designed to be suitable to different levels of ability; must be flexible in an extremely fluid environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining a safe environment

Preparing appropriate curriculum, activities, and special projects

Complete required encounter notes, when appropriate, in the acceptable format

Qualifications

            One year experience in the Human Services field or demonstrate the ability to work with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

            Demonstrate a history of dependability, reliability and punctuality.

            Posses a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Pay Rate

$12.00 per hour
