Town Hall Changes its Schedule, A Walk in the Forest, and a Baseball Championship

See what's happening today and all this week in Plymouth.

1. Plymouth Town Hall will change its hours of operation Sept. 3. The new hours for Town Hall offices will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. For several years, Town Hall has operated on a Monday through Thursday schedule. 

2. What is happening at Myles Standish State Forest during the summer season? Let’s take a summer ramble and see what we stumble upon. You never know what you may find! For all ages. Meet at the Interpretive Center next to Headquarters. All programs are free and open to the public.  Bring water, wear sunscreen/bug spray, dress in layers, and wear good footwear.  An adult must accompany children.  Rain cancels. 3.  The Church of the Pilgrimage hosts a free concert with Robert and Ella Blake on pipe organ and cello at 8 p.m. tonight. Free will offering is accepted and light refreshments will be served after the concert with a chance to meet the performers. 

4. Plymouth's U9 All Stars defeated Walpole, NH, for the New England Championship title in Cal Ripken baseball over the weekend.
