Plymouth Rock Menorah Lighting, Early Dismissal

Here are five things you want to know Wednesday, Nov. 27.
1. There is a 100 percent chance of rain in Plymouth on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. The daytime high will be around 64.
2. With Thanksgiving and Hanukkah both landing on Nov. 28, the Chabad Jewish Center will mark the occasion with a menorah lighting in front of Plymouth Rock on Wednesday evening. The 30-minute program will start at 6 p.m.
3. Wednesday will be a half day in the Plymouth Public Schools. Classes will resume Monday after the Thanksgiving recess.
4. There are no municipal meetings planned for the rest of the week in Plymouth.
5. On Wednesday morning the Plymouth Public Library will host "Tots 'N' Tales," a half hour story time. The program will start at 11 a.m.
