Kid's Writing Club, Manomet Writers' Group

1. There is a slight chance of rain before 3 p.m., but otherwise mostly sunny, according to the National Weather Service. The high will be around 80.
2. The Kid's Writing Club, a new creative writing group for children between 8 and 11 years old, will meet in the Plymouth Public Library's Children room today at 4.
3.The Council on Aging Board will meet at 9 this morning.
4. Writers are welcome to the Manomet Branch Library tonight at 7 for the Manomet Writers' Group. New members are welcome to share work with the group. No registration necessary.
5. Tonight, the Community Preservation Committee, Harbor Committee and No Place for Hate Committee will meet at 7.
