Here are five things you need to know Tuesday, Dec. 31.
1. Tuesday will be partly sunny with a high near 30 in Plymouth, according to the National Weather Service.
2. Tuesday is New Year's Eve. Happy New Year from everyone at Patch. Have a safe and enjoyable New Year's Eve
3. The Plymouth Public Library will host a New Year's Eve party for families with Children on Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will feature stories, music and a New Year countdown at noon.

5. The Plymouth Council on Aging will hold a full day of activities Tuesday. The Senior Center will be closed on Wednesday.
