Community Forum Planned on Pilgrim Nuclear Waste Repository

Here are five things you need to know, Friday, Nov. 15.

1. Friday will be sunny with a high near 58 in Plymouth, according to the National Weather Service.

2. A community forum about the new nuclear waste repository being built at
Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday at the Plymouth Council on Aging,  44 Nook Road. The free event is open to the public.

3. The Plymouth South and Plymouth North football teams will play in the MIAA South Division 3 Southeast finals on Friday, Nov. 15. The game, at Plymouth South, will start at 7 p.m.

4. Jake Hill will perform at the Cavern at the New World Tavern on Friday at 9 p.m.

5.The National Weather Service is forecasting a mostly sunny weekend with highs near 58 both Saturday and Sunday.
