DESCRIPTION:Drop-in Story Time\, a story program for ages 3 &frac12\; to 
 5 years\, will begin Sept. 11. This story time is for children who are r
 eady to listen attentively for a half-hour while unaccompanied by an adu
 lt\, and includes stories\, songs\, and finger plays. Drop-in Story Time
  is held on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. at the Main Library\, 132 Sou
 th Street. This story time is free and no registration is required.For m
