Michael R. Lankowski, 20, of 59 Billington Sea Road, Plymouth, charged with larceny of property valued at more than $250, uttering a false check, forgery of a check and with receiving stolen property.
Friday, November 16
Trevor Fitzgerald, 34, of 39 Cherry St., Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense).
DISPOSITIONS
Thursday, November 15
Ryan M. Ross, 27, of 51 Holmes St., Quincy, charged with receiving stolen property valued at more than $250 and with larceny of property valued at more than $250 by false pretense; guilty plea, probation until November 15, 2013 and ordered to pay $50 in fees and submit to drug and alcohol screening.
Carrie A. Sumner, 36, of 120 Summer St., Plymouth, charged with unarmed robbery, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and with failure to stop for a police officer; dismissed.
Calista Herndon of 24 School St., Kingston, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle negligently, marked lanes violation, possession of a Class B substance, and possession of fireworks; admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding until November 15, 2013, 45-day loss of license, ordered to pay $600 in fees and $65 a month in probation fees.
Joshua A. Husband, 26, of 7 Seven Hills Road, Plymouth, charged with shoplifting by concealment (three counts), held with bail; sentenced to 30 days in the house of correction deemed served.
