Seven Plymouth South HS Students Awarded in National Latin Exam

Plymouth South High School students competed against more than 148,000 students from across the globe in the 2012 National Latin Exam.

PSHS 2012 NATIONAL LATIN EXAM WINNERS

Seven students from Plymouth South High School recently received awards from the 2012 National Latin Exam. They competed with over 148,000 students from the United States, as well as from 13 foreign countries. This year’s winners included students from Latin I through Latin IV.

Magna cum laude award winners were:

Alexander Swiniarski (sophomore)
Matthew Vecchi (freshman)
Michael Morris (junior)

Cum laude certificates were earned by:

Emily Richard (senior)
Brianna Fragata (sophomore)
Jacob Gibson (freshman)
Thomas Giorgio (sophomore)
