Judi Rogozenski of Plymouth recently attended the kickoff breakfast for the 20th annual American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Boston. The five-mile fundraising walk will help the Society do the most for people with breast cancer today to end the disease tomorrow. They were joined by emcees Candy O’Terry of MAGIC 106.7 and Adam Williams of 7News on 7NBC and CW56.
Judi will be among the 40,000 people making strides to end breast cancer Sunday, Oct. 14 at the DCR Hatch Shell in Boston. The special milestone event will unite the community to honor and celebrate breast cancer survivors, educate women about the importance of prevention and early detection, raise funds for the Society’s breast cancer research and programs, and commemorate two decades of making a difference in the fight to end breast cancer.
