Tyler Reid, 21, of71 Herring Pond Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes violation and as a person under the age of 21 in possession of alcohol in Plymouth. He was found not guilty of the OUI, placed on probation until April 22, 2013 on the other two charges.

Joseph Nephew, 30, 540 Wareham Road, Plymouth, charged with five counts of vandalism of property in Plymouth. Continued without a finding until April 22, 2014 and payment of $850 in restitution.

Tuesday, October 23

ADAM K. RICCIO, 25, of 35 Spinnaker Drive, Plymouth, charged with possession of a Class B substance to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Admitted sufficient facts, case continued without a finding until October 23, 2013.

ANN M. PAULINO, 55, of 30 Davenport Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer in Plymouth. After a guilty plea, assessed $600 in fees, complete an alcohol treatment program, 45-day loss of license, placed on probation until October 23, 2014.

TAMMY L. MACHADO, 40, of 26R Algonquin Terrace, Plymouth, charged with home invasion, armed assault and battery in a dwelling, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of larceny of property worth more than $250 in Marshfield. Dismissed, failure to prosecute.

GENTRY, JR., 34, of 19R Lewis Street, Plymouth, charged with home invasion, armed assault and battery in a dwelling, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of larceny of property worth more than $250 and intimidation of a witness in Marshfield. Dismissed, failure to prosecute.

B, Plymouth,charged with home invasion, armed assault and battery in a dwelling, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of larceny of property worth more than $250 and intimidation of a witness in Marshfield. Dismissed, failure to prosecute.

JAMES O. TEEHAN, 21, of 63 Oak Street, Plymouth, charged with two counts of violating an abuse prevention order. Dismissed, failure to prosecute.
