Raymond L Collins, 31, 58 Goodwin Road, arrested on charges of OUI liquor, OUI drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle on Samoset Street at 12:36 a.m.
Samantha Rose Dion, 20, 4 Evelyn Road, arrested on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and OUI liquor on Tide View Path at 2:40 a.m.
Amanda C. Jurczuk, 26, 223 Old Main St., Sandwich, arrested on charges of failure to signal, no inspection sticker, possession of a class A substance, and conspiracy to violating controlled substance laws on Spooner Street at 10:21 p.m.
Andrew M. MacDonald, 23, 18 Whitby Terrace, Apt. 1, Dorchester, arrested on charges of possession of a class A substance and conspiracy to violating controlled substance laws on Spooner Street at 10:28 p.m.
Sean P. Costello, 26, 223 Old Main St., Sandwich, arrested on charges of possession of a class A substance and conspiracy to violating controlled substance laws on Spooner Street at 10:31 p.m.
Melson D. Jacques, 30, 248 Water St., Apt. 2, arrested on charges of trafficking in heroin, distributing a class B substance, possession of a class A substance (subsequent offense), possession of a class B substance (subsequent offense), conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws, and violating drug laws near a school or park on Spooner Street at 10:43 p.m.
